My Darren Entwistle

Judge Walker's Limp fish Decision
| Hey, did ya see Devo Darren's new
pelican costume trying to hide his Pinocchio
nose on his new stolen web site? Can't fool us. It's cheaper to do the job right once with qualified employees than having contractors do it wrong several times but Darren doesn't care. |
|
| Hey he took the pelican disguise down. Now he's got a new bird brain. Ever heard the expression when the eagle sh*ts? Well with Darren it's not an eagle, it's a parakeet. |

Speaking of Cable & Wireless, let's not forget the $7 million settlement after being sued for giving false and misleading information to the market. "The plaintiffs have alleged that C&W made false accounting statements by failing to disclose a potential tax liability of GBP1.5 billion resulting from the sale of its former mobile arm One2One in 2000." Interesting time line. Darren Entwistle was with Cable & Wireless from May 1997 to July 2000 and was involved in the merger. Looks like Darren Entwistle jumped ship just in time. However, it appears that One2 One was really sold in 1999. The Class Period is the time period beginning August 6 1999 through and including December 6 2002.
"Darren is a very accomplished executive who is very results oriented. He has great leadership skills and is a very strong team builder," says Graham Wallace, chief executive officer, Cable & Wireless plc. "Over the years, he has made an outstanding contribution to Cable & Wireless, and I am sure he will do an excellent job at TELUS." Wait a minute. Graham Wallace was named as a defendant in the class action law suit against Cable and Wireless! Why would they pay a $7 million settlement if they were innocent?

Won't you help to sing these songs of freedom - Redemption song
| Darren has a legacy of lies and censorship. If he
loses a labour decision like the Madame Pineau decision, he keeps appealing it until he
wins. If he doesn't like something on the Internet he blocks it or has it removed. He lied
and said Telus Idol didn't exist so we put it on youtube and he had that and many other
videos he had no possible copyright claim on taken off youtube. Then there was the brown envelope. The TWU acquired several confidential documents and Darren got a gag order preventing the contents of those documents to be made public because it would likely further poison the relationship between Telus and it's employees. He wanted my web site taken off the Internet because it came up number one on Google when you searched his name. He got it. Everything Darren wants he gets. Brian Canfield got in a fight with George Petty and fired him. Petty wanted to buy Clearnet for $1.9 billion and Canfield said no. Then Canfield brings in Darren and lets Darren buy Clearnet for $6.6 billion. Do the math. It reminds me of a lady who saw Darren at a restaurant during the labour dispute. She was really upset with what he was doing to the company and the employees. She was so upset she took his picture at the restaurant. Yet that just wasn't enough. She was really angry and she wanted him to know. So she banged on the window so he could see her and she gave him the finger. Darren fired her along with many others but the question remains what could Darren have done to make her so angry? Now I understand. As Darren celebrates yet another censorship victory he also celebrates the elimination of more jobs in Canada by closing COS in Calgary and Edmonton. Remember how he called us liars for claiming off shore call centres would reduce jobs in Canada? Who's the Liar now? |
